Addressing the pain points of cumbersome backend operations and disorganized data presentation for international SMS services, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of the platform's interaction and visual design. Through user journey analysis, I redefined the interaction logic for channel management and top-up settlement, while designing a clear Webhook configuration interface. This initiative reduced the completion time of the core task and also established a reusable component library.针对国际短信服务后台操作繁琐、数据展示混乱等问题,我主导完成了平台的交互与视觉整体重构。通过梳理用户旅程,我重新定义了通道管理、充值结算等核心流程的交互逻辑,并设计了更清晰的 Webhook 配置界面。这次改版不仅缩短了关键任务的完成路径,也沉淀出一套可复用的后台组件规范。
Cloud Communications Backend System Iteration云通信后台系统迭代
Led the interaction redesign of the SUBMAIL one-stop communication PaaS backend. Facing a complex architecture with over ten concurrent product lines, we established a unified B-end design system, achieving an experience upgrade from a single tool to a full-channel aggregation platform. Through modular layout, we integrated API debugging, billing management, and application configuration, enhancing user efficiency across product operations.我负责 SUBMAIL 一站式通信 PaaS 后台的交互升级。在十余条产品线并行运作、信息架构高度复杂的前提下,我们搭建了统一的 B 端设计体系,让系统从单点工具升级为全渠道聚合平台。通过模块化整合 API 调试、计费管理与应用配置等能力,显著提升了用户在多产品运营场景下的操作效率。
